Biography

Austin has been a resident of Fredericton for many years. He is married, has 2 boys and a dog.



Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Austin had his own Consulting Firm re: Tourism Recreation and Heritage. Previous to that he spent 11 years with the Provincial Government at the Auditing Office under the Canada New Brunswick Sub-agreements for Tourism Recreation and Heritage.



Austin doesn't have a lot of spare time for hobbies, but when he does he manages to head for the golf course.



He has been very involved in kid’s hockey and golf. As to community involvement he was President of the Parish Council for Our Lady of Fatima Church. He was a 2nd Vice President for the New Brunswick Real Estate Board and is a charter member of the Primary Health Care Board in Devon. He is also a past president of the Fredericton Real Estate Board.



Austin organized a monthly food drive with the proceeds going to the Fredericton Community Kitchen and the Fredericton Soup Kitchen on alternate months. He and the people he sponsored into Exit select an area, have post cards delivered the week of the food drive, advertise the drive in the Gleaner and deliver thank you cards when the donations are picked up. Watch for the van it might be your area next.


There have been many mountains in his life, but his career change to a Real Estate Agent has been a major one. He has set up a goal system for himself and it works because in the years he has been an agent he has been the recipient of many awards, both from the local board and from Exit International. Austin's aggressive marketing program through Flyers, Door Knocking and Cold Calling are some tribute to his success. The base of all of this hard work is to ensure customer satisfaction, whether they are buying or selling.
