Biography

Raymond was born and raised in Hong Kong. He moved to Canada with his wife Mei (Shirley) and their three children Ronald, Joeann and Jenny in 1992 and have been residing in Rosewood Estates ever since. Raymond and his family received their Canadian Citizenship in 1996.

He brought to Canada his experience in the textile field as a manufacturer of fabric, garments, ski gloves, and cotton work gloves. He traveled to Chipman daily where he managed his work glove business for 16 years, while his wife Mei worked as a Registered Nurse in Fredericton.

Doing business with the US, China, Macau, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand for the past 16 years has taught Raymond more about the economy change in Canada, New Brunswick and as well, Fredericton.

Raymond and Mei raised their three children to be active in their community, participating on swim teams, soccer teams, basketball, badminton, music, and Chinese Sunday school. They have all reached a music proficiency level between grade 8 and grade 10 in both piano and violin. Raymond and Mei have a lot of fun and are very proud of this great community.
