Biography

I am a lifelong resident of the beautiful city of Fredericton. I grew up in Marysville, and now live in Nashwaaksis with my wife Terry and our daughter Danielle.

My early work experience focused around surveying, carpentry, the household moving business, and photography. The switch to Real Estate 20 years ago has given me many great memories of wonderful clients and terrific homes. After 14 years in sales (and many sales awards), my partner, Dave Sawler and I bought the Exit Realty Franchise rights for the Capital Region, and became Broker/Owners of Exit Realty Advantage in 1999. The overwhelming support of the public has helped our company experience unbelievable growth in the past six years.

My involvement in Real Estate has also allowed me to lend a voice to the continued development of this often complex industry. I am a Past President and Director of the Fredericton Real Estate Board (chairing a number of committees) and have sat on the Board of Directors of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association.

I enjoy working with and learning from our Sales Associates on a daily basis and sharing the knowledge that I have gained over the years. We have a great team and I am very proud of the Company that we have built together.

While devoting lots of time to making sure our clients have top notch service, life is not all about work. In addition to being involved in a number of fundraising activities and community events, I have enjoyed the opportunity to coach basketball at the middle school level. I also particularly enjoy playing basketball with the “Old Timers” – of which I am a card-carrying member! When time permits, I enjoy the occasional round of golf.
